Duisburger Tanztage (Dance Days)

The full range of the different forms of expression in dance can be seen every year at the Duisburger Tanztage. Hip hop, break dancing, show dance, oriental, folk, modern dance and lots more find in Duisburg an audience which is as knowledgeable as it is ready to be inspired.

The Duisburger Tanztage seek above all to provide a platform for non-professionals.  There are no restrictions on access and thus dancers who have just worked out their first choreography share the stage with experienced dance troupes. Every year some 4,000 participants of all ages and styles make the Duisburger Tanztage the biggest dance event in Germany.
