Duisburg Zoo

The Duisburg Zoo attracts over one million visitors annually to the Kaiserberg.

The dolphins train here every two hours and can be observed- a huge attraction not only for kids. The Petting Zoo allows kids to get up close to the animals. Exotic species such as giraffes, elephants, and monkeys can be observed here as well as the more rare koalas, which the Duisburg Zoo itself even breeds. A Chinese Garden wafts a touch of East Asia.

It is not surprising that the Duisburg Zoo has taken first place in popularity among the zoos in North-Rhine Westphalia.
